Gentle/Flexibility Yoga
Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other yoga class; however, it directs the stimulation beyond the muscular (Yang) tissues, and instead targets the connective (Yin) tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and shoulders. All levels welcome.
