Great for new students, as well as those with more experience wanting a slower pace. Focus is on proper alignment of poses (asanas) and breathing, as well as learning about the potential benefits from the poses. Students will be lend through this peaceful flowing class, to complete relaxation.
This class is for students who are just beginning their practice as well as experienced yogis with the desire to slow things down. The longer holds of poses focuses on alignment and is designed to develop strength, stamina, and flexibility. Jane Hann
I have always been drawn to yoga. Most of my adult life I have had a thirst for knowledge with regards to health and wellness, spirituality and all things yoga. I enjoyed going to the gym daily and getting into running (completing 7 half marathons) and trying some yoga classes here and there and enjoying them but not fully immersing myself in daily practice.
