Our Classes
Great for new students, as well as those with more experience wanting a slower pace. Focus is on proper alignment of poses (asanas) and breathing, as well as learning about the potential benefits from the poses. Students will be lend through this peaceful flowing class, to complete relaxation.
This class is for students who are just beginning their practice as well as experienced yogis with the desire to slow things down. The longer holds of poses focuses on alignment and is designed to develop strength, stamina, and flexibility. Allow your body, mind, and breathe to come together to restore energy, reduce stress, increase strength, and flexibility. Great class…
A mix of traditional yoga asanas designed to encourage building strength while also lengthening the muscles and stimulating the joints. This class is a great complement on your off cardio/running day workouts.

Our Team
Jane Hann
I have always been drawn to yoga. Most of my adult life I have had a thirst for knowledge with regards to health and wellness, spirituality and all things yoga. I enjoyed going to the gym daily and getting into running (completing 7 half marathons) and trying some yoga classes here and there and enjoying them but not fully immersing myself in daily practice.
