Yin/Yang Decompress & Get Back to Your Day

In Yin Yoga postures are often supported (using props like blocks and blankets) to cradle the body, held for longer periods of time.  After the lower body is opened, we proceed to a flow, which may include sun salutations and standing asasnas.  Finally, we return back down to the floor to revisit the Yin body and absorb the centered stillness of yoga.  This class is 45 minutes you can enjoy this class during your lunch hour and return back to work refreshed for the day.
